International Corporate Event Coverage for PwC in Liverpool

In 2025, we were commissioned by PwC’s London office to provide event photography and a highlight video for an international basketball tournament, organised for PwC employees from across the world and hosted in Liverpool.
The three-day event was designed around team building, connection and shared experience, bringing together colleagues from multiple countries in a relaxed but energetic setting.
The Event
The programme included:
A welcome party
A full basketball tournament
A closing awards ceremony and celebration
The primary goal was to strengthen internal connections, celebrate teamwork and create memorable experiences for employees beyond the workplace.

A dynamic highlight video capturing the atmosphere across all three days

Production Setup
To keep the coverage efficient and unobtrusive, we worked with a single on-site shooter, supported by a versatile multi-camera setup:
1 shooter
3 hybrid cameras
2 handheld cameras for candid moments and action
1 camera on a gimbal for smooth, cinematic movement
This setup allowed us to cover both the sporting action and the social moments with flexibility and consistency.
